USADA change steroid rules so Jon Jones can continue to fight

USADA now say that you are allowed less than 100 picograms. Stating that amount would not help the fighter.

But they are avoiding the main question which is why does it keep re-appearing and why is that amount allowed which is an indication that there was much more there before and that he is abusing steroids.

He is clearly using steroids to build his strength and ensuring there is a little amount left when tested so he can still fight.

But why did they choose this amount? It sounds to me because this is the perfect amount of picograms allowed to ensure the UFC's biggest asset can continue fighting as its a little more than the amount he keeps getting caught with in his system, instead of being banned like other fighters.
